"Muse"    ~ I am pleased to introduce my newest creation!  I've aptly named her "Muse"!  I used a long silky German mohair in a shade of hydrangea blue!  She has a very soft and shy expressive face due to the nature of her lovely eyes!     ~ I used a bent leg pattern and I gave her hands an upward tilt for posing.  Can you believe that face!      ~ Muse is a designer original bear.  She is one of a kind and will not be duplicated.     ~ Muse is 18 inches tall and is 12 inches when seated-Her eyes are black onyx with lids and shading    ~ Her paw pads are ultra-suede in a matching shade    ~ Her nose is pearl cotton-Her adornments are "vintage" in hydrangea blues with a silk ribbon bow    ~ She is stuffed with polyflock and weighted with glass beads    ~ She has a custom "Bear the Love" tag sewn into her back seam    ~ Muse is intended for the adult collector and she is not intended for small children.     ~ A fabulous addition to any collection!  Please feel free to ask any questions anytime and don't forget you can contact me using "Skype"! "Joe Bob"    ~ Please meet "Joe Bob"!  He had a very successful fishing day!  I created Joe Bob using a wonderful cotton string fabric that gives him that "rustic" feel.    ~ He stands 26 inches tall! His stand is included which is made of a solid oak that is stained and clear coated.Joe Bob's eyes are made of soft rubber which is made by hand in the US.  I love the realistic quality of the iris.  He seems to follow your movement!    ~ I've needle felted his eyelids and then needle sculpted them in place.  His eyes are surrounded with recovered fur for his brows and feather lashes at the corners.    ~ I made his jacket of olive green wool which has pockets with patches accented with cotton pearl thread.     ~ He is wearing a matching fishing cap accented with tiny orange feathers.    ~ I whittled Joe Bob's fishing pole by hand and I then rubbed a beautiful stain onto the pole for a soft subtle finish which perfectly complements the piece.     ~ Joe Bob has two "keeper" fish attached to his pole!  One fish is 5 inches and the other is 7 inches.  I sculpted these fish by hand using cold porcelain clay.  I hand painted them and added a gold iridescent powder to finish them and make them look like real wet fish!  I added black onyx eyes for that perfect finishing touch.    ~ Joe Bob is very firmly stuffed with polyflock and weighted with glass beads.  His paws are ultra suede.  His fabulous nose is stitched with an iridescent black thread and looks "wet" which is what you'd expect on a bear!    ~ Joe Bob is a fabulous one of a kind designer bear!  I created him for the adult collector.  He is not a child’s toy.    ~ Wouldn't he look fabulous by your cabin fireplace!  He makes the perfect artistic accent.    ~ Thank you ... Sir Tuck    ~ I've had the absolute best time designing and creating "Sir Tuck"!    ~ He stands and impressive 22 inches tall! I made him of 100% wool mohair upholstery fabric. This fabric is spectacular for making bears!    ~ It is short, dense, firm and of supreme quality!    ~ I used the most beautiful English paperweight eyes in emerald green. He has upper and lower eyelids accented with recovered fur tufts at the corners for superb facial expression. His nose is stitched with vintage silk cord and shaded.    ~ Sir Tuck sports a hand felted vest with an antique buckle and metallic antique gold cord tied at the back. I added metal leaves and bronze metal ribbon around his neck.    ~ He is stuffed with polyflock and weighted with glass beads.    ~ Sir Tuck has a custom tag sewn into his back with "BeartheLove" stitched in.    ~ He has a unique long body and rear facing paws. And I've added vintage fur around his legs that look like he's wearing boots!    ~ This is an original artist designer bear! He is not a toy and is intended for the adult collector.    ~ Truly One of a Kind!

Sweet Pea    ~ Stands 16 inches tall and is 11 inches when seated.    ~ Made of Rayon Velvet and filled with glass beads and wool poly.    ~ Her eyes are hand blown amber glass with velvet eyelids.    ~ She is hand shaded for a perfectly pensive expression.    ~ Her nose is stitched with a golden vintage silk thread.    ~ She has had made pea pods made of velvet.    ~ Ribbon artistry was used to create all her floral accents.    ~ Her paws are stitched to give a sweet pudgy look.    ~ Always One of a Kind, Always Fabulous

Aquavelle    ~ Aquavelle is a handmade bear by Debra Ventimiglia of BeartheLove!    ~ She stands 21 inches and is 15 inches when seated.    ~ She is my original pattern!  I really love the "shorter" nose style!    ~ Her eyes are paperweight in a perfect shade of grey blue.    ~ I've added eyelids on both the top and bottom of the eyes.    ~ I've added beautiful "mallard duck" feathers to the corners of the eyes for dramatic effect and emotional accent.    ~ She is stuffed with polyflock and silk and I've added "glass" beads for weight.    ~ I've used recycled fur in a shade of deep chocolate for her brows, neck, paws and feet!    ~ Her tummy, arms and legs are extensively embroidered with leaves and vines for a truly three dimensional effect.    ~ Her paws are sculpted with a bronze metallic thread for that pudgy look!    ~ She has an antique appliqué around her neck (it can be removed) that makes her look really sophisticated.    ~ I've created Aquavelle for all the designer types out there!  What a beautiful addition to a designer bed!

Sir Goldenrod    ~ Sir Goldenrod is a hand made one-of-a-kind Artist Teddy Bear made of rayon velvet upholstery fabric in a lovely shade of yellow ochre.    ~ Sir Goldenrod stands 21 inches tall and is 13 inches when seated.    ~ He has embroidered vines on his tummy, arms and legs.    ~ He even has a "tail" made of recovered fur! (someone asked me for that!).    ~ His eyes are hand blown "paperweight" eyes made in England.  They are the most vibrant shade of green.  I have soft sculpted his eyelids both top and bottom.  His eyebrows are made of recovered fur in a shade of rust.    ~ He has tiny feather eyelashes on both the inside and outside corners of his eyes which really gives him a fabulously expressive face.    ~ The paws are made of ultra-suede that are soft sculpted with metallic stitching to create that pudgy toed look.    ~ He wears a vintage beaded accessory around his neck which makes him feel quite "regal".    ~ He is fully jointed and he is weighted with glass beads (which I prefer, as they are cleaner) and stuffed with wool and poly. His muzzle and paws are shaded for expression.

Sir Sprout    ~ Sir Sprout is 23 inches tall.  He's made of a fabulous low pile rayon velvet upholstery fabric.  I enjoy using this fabric because the embroidered vines (that are my signature) show up brilliantlyagainst the soft low pile.    ~ Sir Sprout has paperweight glass eyes made in England in a lovely shade of deep brown.    ~ I've added hand made eyelids to the top and bottom of the eyes.  They are shaded for depth and character and tiny feather lashes are added to the outside corners further enhancing the expressive nature.    ~ I've added hand made eyelids to the top and bottom of the eyes.  They are shaded for depth and character and tiny feather lashes are added to the outside corners further enhancing the expressive nature.    ~ His eyebrows are recovered fur in a shade of soft rust which really pops!    ~ His tummy, arms, and legs are extensively embroided with vines in shades of ombre greens and golden yellows.    ~ He is stuffed very firmly with cotton, poly and glass pellets for weight.    ~ His paws are green felt that are shaded and stitched for that perfect paw shape.    ~ I've hand made the "pea pods" at his neck and wrist using velvet hand stitched ribbon and vintage peas!    ~ Sir Sprout is a one of a kind artist bear.  The seems in the back of his arms and legs are tightly sewn with heavy clear thread.  These tiny seams will always show somewhat due to the low pile of the upholstery fabric. These tiny anomolies are indicative of a hand made piece of art.    ~ He has a "Bear the Love" tag sewn into the back of his head at the neck.  Each of my bears has a unique tag created and sewn to match perfectly thereby ensuring that they are my original pieces.    ~ I hope you love him!  Feel free to request additonal pictures or information.
